Having a shitty day?

There are days you just can't get up, you want to stay in bed forever. You don't want to leave the warmth of the sheets and the coziness of your pillow not for the cold and scary world outside your doorstep. 

It seems like ages the last time you were happy, you had a sense of life. Now it feels like you lost all happiness. You feel empty like a battery that has been used too much. 

All your limbs feel heavy as if they were filled with cold, hard stones from the bottom of the deepest gorge. All you can think of are excuses not to get up to stay in this save place where you don't have to do anything you don't want to. 

All your dreams and goals seem so far away that chasing after them would be just impossible. Like chasing smoke with your bare hands.

Everyone goes through that once in a while don't stop chasing after your dreams, don't stop being happy, don't start wanting not to wake up anymore. Don't do that. Think about all the thinks you haven't seen yet, all the things you haven't experienced yet, all the beautiful things that are yet to come, all the amazing people you haven't met yet. 

Get your ass up and smile. Because a smile on your face fits you very well. And you'd be surprised how much a smile can change your day especially when it is your own one. 

Get your ass up and pour you a hot cup of tea. Enjoy yourself. Think about everything you have accomplished in your life. Don't tell me you haven't. Because you have! Everyone has. Everyone of us has demons to fight against and we are fighting them as long as it takes until they fall. Sometimes they are stronger but sometimes they are weaker and sometimes they are almost dead. Someday they will never come back as worriers but only as memories and you'll think about how brave you were.

Go on a walk in nature
Talk to my best friend about everything
Think about how I want my future to look like
